Charlecote Mill privacy policy - 25th May 2018

Charlecote Mill regards all data about our customers as very important and we do not share any data with any other party, either by electronic or other means.

We only hold data where the person owning that data has given their CONSENT for us to hold their personal information and that data is limited to the following:
  • Full Name and Title
  • Address
  • E-Mail Address
  • Telephone number (Mobile and/or Landline)
  • Order preferences
CONSENT is provided by the individual entering their details into a website contact form and requesting to be kept updated with relevant information, or through a paper consent form provided at time of flour delivery.  Charlecote Mill does not use the data for Marketing Purposes and never shares data with any third party.

Data is held only for the following purposes:
  • To aid in the accurate and speedy fulfilment of flour orders
  • To enable Charlecote Mill to keep you informed about specific campaigns or newsworthy events
Data is held in the following formats:
  • Customer and customer order data is held in paper form and is stored securely at Charlecote Mill
  • E-mail addresses only are held on the Charlecote Mill personal computer in the form of an excel document.  The personal computer access is bio-metrically protected
We will hold data for no more than 12 months following your last order, or in the case of e-mail addresses, for no more than 12 months following the last communication of newsworthy information.

Any individual who believes their data is being held by Charlecote Mill and who would like to have their data removed from our lists can do so by sending an e-mail to charlecotemill@live.co.uk or by post to Charlecote Mill, Hampton Lucy, Warwickshire, CV35 8BB and requesting their data be removed.  Your data will be removed within one working week of receipt of your request.  A full list of the data to be removed must be stated in the e-mail or letter.

Any questions regarding data storage may be directed to the same addresses.
